Cancellation Policy – Online Orders
In normal circumstances we require 3 day notification prior to the date of delivery and / or collection to refund and cancel an online order. During other periods please see specific dates below:
Christmas – for delivery or collection from 20th-24th December: last date for order changes or cancellations for any online order is 16th December. You should contact one of our customer service team either by phone on 01803 215312 or by emailing [email protected]
Although we’re sure that you’ll be pleased with your order, we’re told that we should have a return policy. So we’ll keep it short and easy, as follows:
We will take great care to select, pack and deliver your produce fresh and in good condition. As with all perishable goods there may be occasions when you are not satisfied with the quality of the produce, if so please do contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours, to discuss immediate replacement or a refund to your credit/debit card.
