Highfield’s Blackberry & Apple Jam


An old fashioned recipe which reminds me of Autumn, harvest-time and orchards.

Our jams are made with up to 50% fruit, cooked in small batches to ensure full fruit flavour.  Great care is taken in the cooking process to ensure that the fruit loses as little of its texture and flavour as possible.

Ingredients: Sugar, Blackberries (24%), Apples (24%), Gelling Agent: Fruit Pectin & Citric Acid

Prepared with 45g of fruit per 100g. Total Sugar Content 65g per 100g.
